Conoid Ligament

The conoid ligament, along with the trapezoid ligament, is part of the coracoclavicular ligament. Named for their shapes together, they provide principally for stabilization of the acromioclavicular joint. They are attached between the coracoid process of the scapula and the underside of the clavicle.
