Crircothyroid Ligament

The crircothyroid ligament is a connector of the cricoid and thyroid cartilages. It is composed of two parts; the anterior and lateral circothyroid ligaments. The upper edge of the lateral cricothyroid ligament constitutes the base of the vocal chords.
