    Not sure ….

    I’m 54 in menopause . I’ve been taking omre nmn + resveratrol for about a year now . I think it’s working . I do workout daily eat a mostly vegan diet , intermittent fast , and prioritize my sleep so I hope it’s reversing my aging at the cellular level .

    I feel like I will not really see benefits of this supplement for a while .
