Right Middle Lobe

The right middle lobe bronchus is one of the three lobes that composes the right lung. It consists of the "lateral" and "medial" segments. The lobes of the right lung are nourished by branches of arteries and veins which stem from the thoracic branch, and these, in turn, stem from the descending aorta.
